01What materials can your fiber laser cutting machines process?
Our fiber laser cutting machines process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and galvanised plate. The achievable thickness depends on the laser power you choose, and our team can help you match power to your typical material range.
02How do I choose the right laser power for my application?
The right power depends on your thickest material, required edge quality and target productivity. As a rule of thumb, higher power cuts thicker plate faster and improves pierce time. Send us your material types, thicknesses and monthly volume, and we will recommend a suitable configuration.
03Do you offer installation and training overseas?
Yes. We support on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, and we also provide remote guidance for routine setup. Our engineers cover machine levelling, software configuration, safety procedures and first-article cutting.
04What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Machines carry a standard warranty on major components, with consumables covered separately. After the warranty period we provide paid support, spare parts and remote diagnostics. Spare parts can be dispatched quickly by air freight when required.
05How do I request a free sample test?
Submit your drawing, material, thickness and processing requirement through our sample-testing form. We run a test on the recommended machine and send you the result together with photos and processing parameters, so you can confirm quality before ordering.
06What are your payment and delivery terms?
Typical terms include a deposit with the balance before shipment, often by T/T. Delivery time depends on the machine and configuration, and shipping can be arranged to most major ports. We confirm exact terms and lead time with your quotation.
07Can your machines be customised?
Yes. Working area, laser power, automation options and ancillary equipment can be adjusted to your production needs. Customised configurations are quoted after we review your requirements and samples.
08How do I become a distributor or agent?
We welcome enquiries from established distributors and agents. Contact us with your target market and experience, and our export team will follow up with partnership terms, training and marketing support.
